I have been in the Facilities industry for more than ~30 years both as a service partner and as the client. After 21 years working with Chipotle, we grew from 10 restaurants to more than 2600 during my time. I learned A LOT along the way, and it really helped me to understand the exact service partner I wanted to be to our clients. It is our mission to be the strongest set of shoulders we can be as I truly believe that one is only as good as the shoulders they are standing on!

I have spent 30+ years in the Facilities Management industry, overseeing capital projects, maintenance and repair operations for large scale corporations including Chipotle Mexican Grill and Einstein Noah Restaurant Group. I have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective growth strategies that have resulted in significant cost savings and have improved operational efficiency. Throughout my career, I have learned that relationships are the cornerstone of success and have always prioritized cultivating meaningful relationships across all of my endeavors. By staying true to our values and focusing on strategic innovation, we are aiming to build lasting relationships and to be a great asset to our clients.

This experience has given me a vast knowledge of the business world from operating small companies to companies that have multi-million $ in sales. In order to achieve maximum success for our employees, customers, and vendors, I believe business decisions should be based on transparency, honesty and integrity.

I have over 30 combined years’ experience in Facilities, Operations, Administration, Implementation Project Management, Property Management and Asset Management. My strengths include cross collaboration at all levels, creating trust, building relationships, and making quick, concise decisions. In addition, as an implementation expert at Servicechannel for the past 4 years, I am well versed in CMMS platforms and the importance of accuracy. I am extremely customer centric, with the ability to hit deliver quick results. Creating and maintaining a team of top performers is key to our success.
